About Me
I came to Canada from Iran and built my life here from the ground up – which meant learning how this country’s financial system, savings plans, and housing market actually work, often the hard way.
That experience shaped how I work today. I know what it’s like to make big financial decisions in a system that isn’t the one you grew up in, and to want someone who’ll explain things clearly instead of rushing you through paperwork.
For the past 4 years, I’ve worked as a financial advisor, helping families plan for retirement, save for their children’s education, and protect what matters most to them. More recently, I became a licensed mortgage broker – so that the people I work with can get guidance on their home financing and their long-term plans from one person who already understands their whole situation, instead of starting over with a stranger.
Experience & Approach
Financial planning is where I’ve spent most of my career. Investments, retirement, RRSPs and RESPs, and insurance protection — I help families build a plan and revisit it as life changes.
Mortgages are a newer and deliberate addition to what I offer. As a licensed mortgage broker, I work with multiple lenders to find financing that fits – and because I also understand your broader financial picture, I can make sure your mortgage decision fits the rest of your plan, not just this month’s rate.
